Author Content in TD Magazine

ATD has created 'themed columns' in key issues of the print publication. These sponsored content editorial spots come in three formats - 1/3 page column, 2/3 page column, and a full page column: click here to view a recent example.

Below are the themes for 2024:

  • February: LMS

  • March: Learning Technologies

  • April: ICE exhibitors

  • May: Coaching and Leadership

  • June: Assessments

  • July: Culture and Employee Engagement

  • August: AI

  • September:  Leadership and Coaching

  • October:  Authoring Tools

  • November: Emerging Technologies

  • December: Higher Education

Rates are as follows:

  • Full page column - $3,000

  • 2/3 page column - $1,950

  • 1/3 page column - $1,500

Space in each column is limited so please advise if you have an interest.

Specs for Full page:
500-word doc (headline w/ no more than 30 characters including spaces), URL, logo (eps file), and non-promotional image (jpg file, 300dpi, at minimum 4.5 x 3.67 inches)

Specs for 2/3 page:
275-word column (No header/title), URL, logo (eps file), and non-promotional image (jpg file, 300 dpi, at minimum 4.5x3.67 inches)

Specs for 1/3 page:
200-word column (No header/title), URL, logo (eps file), and non-promotional image (jpg file, 300 dpi, at minimum 3x2.5 inches)

Guidelines for Author Content:

  • The ad submission should be original to TD Magazine.

  • The submission should be developed to look and read like objective journalistic content. 

  • The submission should not be a promotional piece for a product or service. The content should focus on workplace challenges and employee development best practices and trends, or a case study. 

  • Submitted images cannot be logos, headshots, veiled advertising, product images, or include messaging text or logos.
